A Weekend by the Seaside:)

So I know I said this week I promised to talk all about universities (yes, I am about to break a promise). But. I have actually done something interesting this weekend just gone so I just thought I would share it with you guys...

When I go out I usually stay around my local area, on the odd occasion go to London maybe once a month or so but my outing's are never that exciting (cue the ahhh's). Enough reminiscing on my boring life- I WENT TO THE SEASIDE!

If you read my previous posts I have most likely mentioned more than once how bored I have been over the 3 months I have had off of college so this was a lovely change of scenery, and I never quite understood how calming and relaxing walking along the beech is! The clear blue skies, the fresh wind blowing through your hair unconsciousness over inhaling, the crashing of the waves the only time you consider the loud noise from children not annoying but harmonious- I understand the metaphors are getting to much now; I'll stop.

So I know I'm yet to perfect my photography skills as this pic does look a little dull but it was very bright and sunny on the weekend and the skies were very blue. But this picture above is the sea front. I forgot to mention this beech is in Kent and its called Herne Bay if anybody is close to visit in England.

Walking along the pier was lovely the huts along the were so cute. Unfortunately I didn't get to see them open today, only one where we brought some scrumptious strawberries, but I have before and they have a little tea shop with scones inside one of them, a souvenir in another and home made jewellery pieces just so so cute.

As I said the huts were shut so hanging over their closed doors I saw these...

Yes welcome to Herne Bay fellow readers!

Oh here I saw my good old friends, the two birds sitting on the wall, one's named Peter and the other called Paul... yes my comical imagination goes wild.

After all the fun at the sea side we went for a nice meal at the Harvester where I was stuck between choosing a chicken, bacon and cheese burger or a veggie burger. I ended up going for the chicken but as much as I enjoyed it kinda wish I went for the veggie burger as I didn't eat much of this one. Also has any one who has been to the Harvester ever noticed how impeccably yummy their chips are!! (they were gone within seconds)

So that was what I did over the last weekend. I am incredibly sorry this post is sooo so so late I promise to keep on top of it (scouts honour). Please subscribe if you liked my little post of madness haha.

Bye Guys

The Summer Holidays! Plans and Flops :(

Hi all!

So I broke up from college mid June which even then for the past month I hadn't been attending college regularly due to exams- exams I hope and pray I passed:/

I planned all sorts with friends, how we would spend summer together doing everything and nothing! Whether it be seeing the latest film in the cinema, baking cake and cookies at home, going to the beech, or having a girly shopping day but so far none of this has happened! And not to sure this is going to happen. Haha.

As a child I moved schools a lot which results in not having any childhood friends now that I'm older :( But I have accepted that whilst majority of people already have their 'clicks' I am still yet to find mine (I'm hoping at university). Don't get me wrong I have many friends who I get along with really well and can spend hours speaking to or hanging around with in college but not someone I can be 10000% myself around, call up to do something outrageous with, not be judged for anything I do or say!

I realise this has turned into some sort of rant haha I'm very sorry but needed to get it off my chest, and now realise I will most likely spend my summer with my wonderful 6-year-old brother ahah

Let me know in the comments below if you are doing anything nice over the summer holidays, days out, sleepovers or anything else.
Next week I will be writing all about uni's and seeking your opinions on a lot of things, but until next time...

New York or Los Angeles?

Hi Guys,
As you may know (I think I mentioned it) I am currently in college with no job- which equals no funding- which means I don't save up for the latest make-up or clothes to just go and pick up and buy whenever I wish, just rely on the bank of mum and dad :/

But...
I have a plan. Whilst the excitement of soon applying to university is on my mind (a whole other story on its own) I have realised how I really should plan beyond uni! So. During uni I am going to get a job and save up for a months holiday in America which ha been my dream since I was young, but here's my dilemma... NY or LA?
Where should I go?

Taking into consideration I have only been on an aeroplane once, that means I have only been abroad once (unless France counts!?)

I've heard New York is active, agile and always alive with lots of people whereas LA is filled with bright sun, beaches and bikinis- although I haven't quite got the body. I'll go on the beach in my bikini and scare everyone else away.

I will most likely go with a friend and would love to sight see but even more love to get active!!

So if any of you guys have any ideas please let me know, even if its not New York or LA I am open to any options. Also if you know let me know what there is to do there all in the comments below!!
